A four-stage operating framework ensures every shipment meets federal-grade inspection and lot-level traceability — from regional ranches in Northwest Mexico to the customer's loading dock.
Our beef program sources from regional producers in Sonora, Sinaloa, and Durango — the cattle heritage region of Northwest Mexico. Rigorous selection criteria, health certifications, and traceability tagging establish provenance at the source.
Processing takes place in TIF, USDA, and MAFF-certified plants under HACCP protocols. Each cut is graded, vacuum-sealed, and cataloged with lot-level records linked to each shipment.

Product is immediately moved into temperature-controlled storage — fresh or frozen, depending on the program. Continuous monitoring ensures cold-chain integrity throughout staging and consolidation for transport.
Our in-house trade team manages documentation for seamless border crossings. Land routes include Tijuana, Nogales, and Laredo; maritime imports are handled through Manzanillo and Veracruz. All shipments are pre-cleared for USDA and MAFF compliance.
