These terms constitute an agreement between you and PPP Foods Commercial SA de CV, operating under the NortMeat brand ("NortMeat", "we"). They apply to the nortmeat.com website, the content published on it and, where applicable, to the company's internal software and services, and serve as the end-user license agreement (EULA) for that software.

The content of this site (product descriptions, certifications, guides, and informational material) is provided for general information purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. The commercial terms of any transaction — prices, volumes, specifications, and deliveries — are agreed separately through a quote, purchase order, or contract.

We strive to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions.

The NORTMEAT brand, logos, texts, images, designs, and other content on this site are the property of PPP Foods Commercial SA de CV or are used with their owners' authorization. No license over them is granted by mere use of the site. Their reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited, except for uses permitted by law.

By using the site and our services you agree not to:

• Use them for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data belonging to NortMeat or third parties.
• Interfere with the operation of the site or our services (including automated bulk extraction of content and sending unsolicited communications through our forms).
• Impersonate another person or company.

NortMeat's internal software (including its ERP system, reporting dashboards, and associated tools) is for the exclusive use of NortMeat's authorized personnel in the performance of their duties. Access accounts are personal and non-transferable, and NortMeat may suspend or revoke access at any time.

Where that software integrates with third-party services (for example, QuickBooks Online), the use of those services is additionally governed by the relevant third party's terms and policies. The processing of data obtained through those integrations is described in our Privacy Policy.

The site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NortMeat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or its contents.

Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the competent courts of the State of Sinaloa, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled.

We may modify these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page, along with its last-updated date. Continued use of the site after a modification constitutes acceptance of it.
